My magic link says it expired

Magic links are valid for 15 minutes. Request a new one from the sign-in page — your email will be prefilled.

I signed in but my account “doesn’t exist”

Signing in never creates an account. Businesses register at dashboard.streetteams.com; creators register in the app.

Why did my credit balance go down?

Viewing a full creator profile costs 1 credit, and inviting a creator to a campaign costs 10 credits per creator. The dashboard always asks before spending. Your full history is in Settings → Credits & Billing.

A creator declined my invite — do I get the credits back?

No — declined invites are not refunded. If an invite goes unanswered for 10 days, you can withdraw it for a full refund.

How do I get off the creator waitlist faster?

Three ways: connect a TikTok account with 10K+ followers (instant approval), redeem a referral code from an approved 10K+ creator, or complete a challenge in the app. Otherwise our team reviews applications in the order they arrive.

Eligible approved creators can share three referral invitations from Profile → Invite Friends and see how many are used or remaining. StreetTeams administrators can grant more invitations when needed; a code stops approving new creators when its allowance is exhausted.

I approved work — where’s the “approved” state?

Approving completes the collaboration in one step and creates the payout immediately. There’s no separate approved-but-not-completed stage.

Where are my notifications?

Open the bell in the creator app for your persistent Updates inbox. You can choose campaign, application, deliverable, payment, and message updates under Profile → Notification Settings. Allow notifications when prompted to receive those updates as device push notifications. If you decline, the Updates inbox still keeps your account activity and you can enable permission later from iOS or Android Settings.
