Credits & billing
Credits are the dashboard’s internal currency for discovery and outreach.
What credits are used for
Section titled “What credits are used for”- Viewing a full creator profile — 1 credit per profile. The Creators page always asks before spending (“Use 1 Credit”), so you can browse the summary cards freely.
- Inviting a creator to a campaign — 10 credits per creator. This is the fee for initiating a connection; responding to creators who apply to your campaigns is always free.
- Boosting a campaign — priced at 20 credits; boosting isn’t available yet.
Invite refunds
Section titled “Invite refunds”- If a creator declines your invite, the credits are not refunded.
- If an invite sits unanswered, you can withdraw it 10 days after sending for a full refund. Withdrawn invitations are cancelled and the 10 credits return to your balance immediately (shown as Invite refund in your history).

Credits refresh monthly. Unused credits expire at the refill and do not roll over.
Tracking your balance
Section titled “Tracking your balance”Settings → Credits & Billing shows your current balance, plan, monthly allocation, and a full credit history with every deduction, expiration, refund, and adjustment.
