Working with creators
Each creator working on one of your campaigns is a collaboration — it moves through a lifecycle from application to payout.
Reviewing applications
Section titled “Reviewing applications”When a creator applies, the application appears on the campaign page under Collaborations. Open it to see the creator’s pitch. From there you can:
- Shortlist — mark them for later.
- Send Offer — propose a fee in USD, with optional details about what’s included.
- Reject — pass on the application.
Offers
Section titled “Offers”Offers are how the fee is agreed. You send an offer; the creator accepts it (or counters) from their app. Once an offer is accepted, the collaboration becomes active and work can begin. The recipient is notified about each new offer or counter-offer, and the offer author is notified when the latest offer is accepted.
Messages
Section titled “Messages”Every collaboration has a chat thread — coordinate details, share notes, and answer questions directly in the dashboard’s Chat tab. Unread counts include only messages you have not opened; opening the thread’s Chat tab marks received messages as read.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”The bell in the dashboard header shows your unread activity. Open it for recent updates or choose View all notifications for the full inbox. New offers and counter-offers, accepted offers, creator submissions, messages, campaign moderation, and campaign cancellation updates link to the affected collaboration or campaign.
Reviewing submitted work
Section titled “Reviewing submitted work”When the creator submits, the Work tab shows the submission link and caption. You can:
- Approve — this completes the collaboration and automatically creates a pending payout for the accepted offer amount. This can’t be undone.
- Request changes — send it back with feedback; the creator can resubmit.
Each new or revised submission creates an update that links directly to the collaboration for review.
Payouts
Section titled “Payouts”Payouts are created automatically on approval and processed to the creator’s connected Stripe account. You can track them per-collaboration in the Payouts tab.
