Campaign moderation
The admin Campaigns page shows every campaign, its business, lifecycle and moderation status, open safety reports, affected creators, credit-ledger activity, and payouts.
Moderation actions
Section titled “Moderation actions”- Mark under review records the review reason without hiding the campaign.
- Suspend immediately hides the campaign from creator discovery and prevents new applications and invitations. Existing collaborations and financial records remain intact.
- Restore clears the moderation restriction. It does not automatically reopen applications.
- Close applications prevents new creator applications without suspending the campaign.
Every action requires a reason and is recorded in the campaign audit history.
Account and report enforcement
Section titled “Account and report enforcement”Moderators and operations admins can warn, suspend, ban, or restore user accounts from Users. Suspended and banned accounts are rejected on every authenticated API request. All actions require a reason and create an audit-log entry.
Safety reports can be resolved with a linked enforcement action: warn an account, suspend or ban a user, remove a reported message or submission, or suspend the affected campaign. The report records the reviewer, reason, action, and outcome so later reviewers can reconstruct the decision. Use the least restrictive action that protects users, and restore access when an investigation clears the account.
Cancellation safety
Section titled “Cancellation safety”Before cancellation, the admin panel shows the affected creators, collaboration statuses, campaign-linked credit movements, and payout totals.
A campaign can be cancelled only when it has no accepted, active, submitted, approved, completed, or paid collaboration and no payout record. Otherwise Operations must resolve the collaborations and Finance must resolve the payouts first.
Cancellation closes applications and cancels pending applications and invitations. It does not automatically refund credits.
Admin permission levels
Section titled “Admin permission levels”- Support: read-only campaign visibility.
- Moderator: campaign moderation, safety reports, challenges, and creator waitlist review.
- Operations: moderator access plus campaign cancellation.
- Finance: campaign visibility, credit adjustments, and payouts.
- Super admin: all permissions and admin permission assignment.
Only a super admin can change another admin’s permission level.
